Salad Dressing
Basic viniagrette or a basic balsamic viniagrette is as easy as 1-2-3 but the final taste depends on quality ingredients. A premium select extra virgin olive oil first cold pressed is essential to making a flavorful and healthy salad dressing.
Basic Viniagrette Dressing per 5 cups lettuce (6.5 oz bag)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flavored or wine vinegar (NOT white distilled)
- 1 teaspoon (1/3 tablespoon) honey/agave/maple syrup (optional)
Whisk with small 8″ whisk in a glass measuring cup or small glass bowl until thick. Preparation time: 2 minutes

- 1.5 tablespoon aged Modena Balsamic vinegar
